The North Adams Conservation Commission and DEP are now actively investigating the management of Wheel Estates mobile home park in North Adams after we received a tip that they illegally backfilled a section of wetlands in the park. Col-East generously donated $350 worth of aerial photographs of the area to be used as evidence against them. Many thanks to Col-East, Inc. for the donation!
